**Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.**
Eligibility: Products covered under this policy must have been purchased from us direcly. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for items bought from other sellers—please contact them directly.
Return Period: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery .
Condition: Purchase items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition, showing no signs of wear or damage in original packaging.
Fees: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. We all understand mistakes are made and this policy helps cover our website fees and shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact Superior Fishing Products within 5 days for assistance. Defective items will be exchanged if reported within this period. Customers must inspect all goods upon receipt and report any damages within 5 days. Retain the packaging and materials for damaged goods for claims, as failure to do so may result in denial of claim by UPS.
Refunds: Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned items. Returns without the required form or made after 30 days will not be refunded. Refunds are processed thru our website and can take up to 30 days.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise noted or agreed upon.
